EDITOR NOTE: July 4th - Thank you for your information. Let me get this right. Everyone who ships anything should first go to the shippers web site, try and find news, read it, and then ship their package? Sorry….it doesn’t work that way…… but to recap …..according to my shippers, DHL all of a sudden decides while packages are in the system that they won’t deliver them and hand them off to the post office. The thought that they decided to do this bright and early on say….Monday morning….requires a suspension of reality. Now I am not a barron of business, but let me tell you how I would do it. First, notify my customers that zip codes will no longer be serviced….say maybe give them a month or so notice. Keep the good will and build my business the best I am able to do. Keep my trust, which at the core is all a business really has….. And to the Corp DHL guys reading this, I don’t know what you are paying the suits in your boardroom, but you are getting hosed. I’m not that busy, give me a call…..I will fix it for you and it won’t cost you hardly anything.

Your expert commentary is a little confusing. Even though you casually mention “ingrained bigotry” as if it belonged to someone else, it becomes plain a bit further on through your discourse that you yourself are a racist. That is lamentable.

In spite of your words, America has grown up a lot. Most of us now can recognize an intelligent man regardless of his color, and most of us would like to have an intelligent man (or woman) in the White House this time.

Your words attempt to fan some flames that just aren’t there, in spite of your hopes. Try going to church, or talking with some decent members of your community, and learn from your elders (and betters), before it’s too late for you.

I would take Olbermann in a second over fake patriots like Sean Hannity or Rush Limbaugh, who operate fraudulent “support the troops” side business to make money at the expense of our love for our soldiers.

I am genuinely sorry that soldiers deployed in Iraq feel that the U.S. media is undermining their cause. But it would be an insult to their intelligence and their honor to pretend that bullsh*t is not, in fact, bullsh*t. If they want to blame someone for creating this mess, they should look to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue…and the corporate underwriters who helped make it all happen.

So I guess if I’m the self appointed spokesman for the troops you must be the self appointed spokesman for the conservative Muslims who are converting to radical Muslims. You seem to be speaking for them just as much as I am speaking for the first hand accounts I have heard from troops who have served. How many Conservative Muslims do you know? How many Radical Muslims do you hang out with? Assuming he would be ranting about anything that happened in WWII is just dumb. WWII is a completely different animal from Iraq…SIR. Both my grandfathers served in WWII and its offensive to compare WWII to Iraq. Who cares what he was doing when this happened or that happened, it’s not his fault that HE went to college while some may have not. As far as the CIA and NSA. They where giving the right intelligence, until this administration got rid of any and all they didn’t tell them what they wanted to hear. I wish I had more time to enlighten you TOM, but I don’t.
