Birdies are chirping into our ears that the city of Arcata Ca. is thinking about officially opening up the Arcata Redwood Park for squatting of the increasing homeless population attracted to the city for it’s free services and open marijuana distribution centers.

Old Glory Radio suggests that Children and pets wandering through the trails of the city park should be supervised. Hypodermic needles, human waste, crime, open drug use, and garbage continue to pose a public health problem.

What with Congress and the President selling the country down the river today, but just when the bottom the bucket that my life has become is ready to swallow me, just when the sky could not get any darker, a good friend of the program, Geoffrey Tozer of slycrooner.com sent me the following new song he wrote. ….and remember….“don’t take a little off the top….take all the money and run”…..a big OGR golf clap to the LA crooner. 02/10/09
