My selection for Conservative of the year….Sen Patty Murray. Where are the Republicans? 03/13/08
NOTE: Rep or Dem, you should email her office and say thank you and offer support. This situation transends politics and goes to the heart of our national security. It is shameful and a stain on the Republican party that she is standing alone on this. I was proud to know she was my Senator yesterday during the Senate hearings. Sen. Murray has shown the true grit that we of either party expect in our elected officials. The ability to put aside party politics when our security is on the line.
